Hommes Bleu uses PayPal to handle on-line orders. This is a secure website
established to facilitate the credit card purchases for on-line merchants
such as Les Hommes Bleu. Customers will be sent to the PayPal website to
enter their credit card and shipping information, follow their directions.

prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (US$).

on all merchandise, including sale items, are subject to change without

Invoices
are made according to the price on the day of purchase.
Orders
shipped within Wisconsin will be charged sales tax in accordance to the
rate in Milwaukee County on the date of purchase.

Free ground shipping for orders over $75 (retail only, not wholesale customers) to locations
within the continental U.S, unless stated otherwise. If shipping is required
outside of this area, additional fees will be charged. Contact Les Hommes
Bleu to discuss the additional cost.
Oversized
items will be charged a shipping fee, as they require special handling.
Merchandise
will be ground shipped via either UPS, FedEX or USPS unless arranged with
Les Hommes Bleu prior to ordering.
Estimated
time of delivery is not a guarantee.
Conditions
of Delivery
All
in stock merchandise will be shipped within 48-hours of payment confirmation,
unless otherwise stated.
All
products remain the sole property of Les Hommes Bleu until paid in full.
Customers
will be contacted if merchandise is out-of stock to discuss replacement
items and when the original item will become available.
Under
no circumstances is the customer entitled to recovery of damages as a result
of delayed delivery.
Returns
All
orders must be checked immediately upon delivery for completeness and damage.
Any problems must be reported to Les Hommes Bleu within 24-hours of receipt
of merchandise. Any problems not reported within 24-hours of delivery will
be handled at Les Hommes Bleu's discretion.
Items
damaged during shipping will be replaced or the customer will be credited
for the purchase amount. The shipping company will investigate all items
claimed damaged during shipping, leave the damaged merchandise in the original
packaging for this inspection. Les Hommes Bleu reserves the right to request
the return of any item claimed damaged.
Deviations
in product size and/or specifications on hand-crafted items may occur and
are not acceptable reason for return.
Always
contact Les Hommes Bleu within 24-hours of merchandise delivery for information
and instructions on returning any merchandise, damaged or undamaged.
Shipping
costs for returns will be refunded only if the return is a result of Les
Hommes Bleu error.
