Tagine
This traditional Moroccan cookware is used to prepare a variety of national
dishes generally called tagines (named after this ceramic pot used in cooking).
The unique shape of the lid allows the steam to cook the vegetables and
meat together into wonderful, exotic flavors. This tagine is lead-free and
suitable to cook with on gas or electric stoves, as well as over fire or
on the grill. A tagine recipe is included with purchase.
